Jos is now about four months into the long and difficult process of building an integrated group out of four previously separate companies. These are small businesses that sell high profile, high value engineering services and products to the rail, offshore and manufacturing industries. When they decided to unite in order to sell larger, more integrated solutions, they realised that the process would go faster and be much smoother if they worked with a change expert: so they called in Jos.
